  • What is an "Escape Room?"
    An escape room is an immersive environment where teams work together to find clues and solve puzzles in order to complete the mission or exit the room.
  • I have anxiety, panic attacks or easily scared, should I do an escape room?

  • What Events Can Be Hosted At Enigma?
    Team Building: Team building is essential for productivity, efficiency, and longevity of any corporate team. You can learn a lot about team members in one of our rooms. Find who takes a leadership role, communicates effectively, runs around doing nothing, and so on. That's why our rooms are designed to increase communication, coordination, and critical thinking skills. All of our events include a ten (10) minute brief before the experience, a sixty (60) minute escape room, and a ten (10) minute post-experience discussion. Our staff will facilitate throughout the process and point out observations found during the experience. Parties: What better way to spend your birthday than you and a group of friends having fun and play games! Our birthday events are specific for each customer. This event includes a ten (10) minute briefing, a sixty (60) minute room experience, and a 10-minute debriefing. You can choose from any of our rooms depending on your group size. We can accommodate groups from two (2) to Thirty-two (32) players Other Events: We can facilitate a variety of special and different events. Including but not limited to proposals! There isn't a more unique way to propose to your loved one than doing so in an Escape Adventure! Give us a call prior to your event and our staff can talk about possible customization and tailored portions of your adventure to make it even more special! And so much more!
  • Are your room wheelchair accessible?
    We do have an elevator on site for guests to use upon request. The Estate is fully accessible for wheelchairs while The Cure and Sorcerer's Rescue is mostly accessible in the main game areas, but may have points in the game where a wheelchair cannot access.   • Am I really going to be locked in a room?
    No, all rooms have an exit that is unlocked or a button that will quickly unlock the doors in the room.
  • Are your rooms scary or horror themed?
    None of our adventures are horror themed. Some adventures have scarier elements than others. We recommend reading each adventure description to get a feel for the experience.
  • Are your bookings private or public?
    All of our experiences are private experiences. This means that no strangers or other individuals will be joining your adventure. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact us at info@enigmaescapeswa.com.
  • Can I add people after I book?
    Yes, you can bring additional people up to the room maximum after you have booked. We will collect the additional payment when your group arrives. If you wish to bring more than the maximum, please contact us first at info@enigmaescapeswa.com.
  • Do you have age restrictions?
    Any age can play, though an adult is required in the room if any minors are participating in the escape. We cannot allow minors to participate without an adult present. Please contact us with concerns.
  • Do you offer any discounts?
    Yes! We offer a HERO discount. This discount if for the military (present/past), law enforcement, teachers, and Washington state foster parents. To receive your discount enter "HERO10" at checkout. When you arrive for your booking, you will be asked to provide a copy of your ID or license.
  • Is there a minimum numbers of players required?
    All of our rooms specify the range of players for that room. Two (2) players can physically complete all of our rooms, though for our larger rooms, we do recommend at least four (4) players due to the challenging nature of our larger rooms. Our room recommendations are to ensure that the team has a fair chance to complete the mission and enjoy their experience.
  • How long is the experience?
    All of our rooms are sixty (60) minute rooms. There is a briefing prior to the experience and a walkthrough. We recommend allowing at least ninety (90) minutes for full experience. A timer or some other mechanism will tell you when your time begins in the room.
  • What if we get stuck?
    Not a problem! Each room has a "hint" mechanism which will allow you to call your game master. The game master will then provide you with a hint to help your continue forward with the story and the experience.
  • Something happened and I have to cancel. Can I get a refund?
    All purchases are final, but we do understand life happens. We cannot provide a refund, but are more than happy to reschedule your experience to a more convenient date and time.
  • Where can I purchase tickets?
    Click any "Book Now" button on the website.
  • We are running late, can we still show up?
    We cannot guarantee that you will be able to start your experience later than the scheduled time. If we have a booking immediately following your scheduled room, we will need to reschedule your experience. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • When should we arrive?
    We ask that all players arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled room time. This will allow an opportunity to use the restroom, sign our waiver, go over the rules and complete the briefing prior to entering your room.
  • Pricing
    2 people are $51/ticket, 3 are $46/ticket, and 4 or more are $42/ticket.
